YOUR HELP IS NEEDED to FIX UP our ‘re- newed’ DEMOCRATIC Headquarters in Georgetown.
Dear Friends ,Visited our new headquarters this morning to see what needed to be done to get ready for our Jan . opening
.2012 will be here sooner than we think and we are shooting for Jan 14 th opening.
Please find below list of what has to be done and times we are working .

Paint has been donated . Bring brushes and rollers if you have them.
TIMES : Tuesday, D ec . 27th two shifts: . 9am to noon or 1 pm to 4 pm . [PIZZA WILL BE PROVIDED AT NOON.]
Thursday, Dec 29th 9 am to noon.
PLACE : Old Library . 10 West Pine S t . Georgetown . (one block from circle- Southwest side)
. TASKS.
1) PULLING OF VINES AND WEEDS FROM HANDICAP RAMP ON FRONT OF BUILDING.
2) IN MAIN ROOM REMONE 2X4s ALONG TOP OF PANELING .
3) PAINT OFFICES AND BATHROOM
4) MINOR CLEANUP OF BATH AND KITCHEN .
5) WIPE DOWN PANELING IN MAIN ROOM .(NEED PLEDGE CLEANSER AND RAGS) .
6) BUILD FRONT COUNTER .
7) GO TO HABITAT TO LOOK FOR FREE OR LOWCOST SHELVES,TABLES AND CHAIRS .
TOUCHUP PAINT AND TRIM ON FRONT OF BUILDING .
[9) drive carefully so sheriff does not lock you up]
10) Bring good vibes and spread the cheer. And please, pass this along to your fellow democrats and independents .
